We use third-party service providers including Google Authentication, Supabase (data storage), Vercel (hosting), and AI/OCR providers to operate and improve the Service.
Uploaded documents may be processed using OCR and AI technologies to extract, categorize, summarize, and organize information. AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed by users before reliance.
This processing is performed solely to provide Nischinte's document organization and search features.
Users retain ownership of all documents and content uploaded to Nischinte. Uploading content does not transfer ownership rights to Nischinte.
We implement industry-leading cryptographic measures to protect your information. All sensitive user files, manual records, and metadata are secured using a multi-layer encryption system based on the AES-256 encryption standard.
All vault files and text details are permanently stored only as encrypted payloads. They are decrypted on-the-fly only when requested by the authenticated owner, ensuring that your private family information is safe from unauthorized access.
Documents are shared only when explicitly initiated by you. Recipients may be able to view or download documents according to the specific permissions you grant.
We retain your data while your account remains active. You may request account deletion and removal of your stored information at any time.
Upon verified account deletion requests, we will delete or anonymize user data within a reasonable period, generally within 30 days unless longer retention is required by law or for security and fraud prevention purposes.
