Nischinte is a document organization and sharing platform. We do not guarantee successful inheritance, legal succession, insurance claims, account access, family continuity outcomes, or emergency access to documents.

Account Responsibility

• Ensuring the accuracy of information and documents you upload

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content uploaded to Nischinte. You grant Nischinte permission to process your content solely for providing the features and utilities of the service.

• Upload malicious software, scripts, or files
• Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or system resources

Availability

AI-assisted OCR and structured metadata extraction may occasionally be inaccurate. Users are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and correcting all extracted information. Nischinte does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-extracted data.

Users remain solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and maintaining the accuracy of all information stored within Nischinte.

Sharing Responsibility

You are responsible for deciding:

• Which documents are shared

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the authority and permission to share documents with other individuals. Nischinte is not responsible for any actions taken by recipients after you grant them access to your documents.
